The form highlights in red the minimum information required to define a motor. Today, this includes destination
(Country) to insure we comply with Energy Efficiency and certification regulations, and avoid rejection of the motor
at the border.

do not require use of this form, we encourage customers to be aware of the minimum information required and
include it with their requests.
