The WEG W22 product is the latest generation of Severe Duty Cast Iron frame industrial motors designed
to meet the demands of Reliability, Efficiency, and Total Cost of Ownership todays’ customers demand, and
have come to expect from WEG.
Standard Features
• Heavy Duty FC200 Cast Iron Frame Brackets, Conduit Box and Fan
Cover
• Motor rated IP55
• InproSeal VBXX seals rated IP56 on both bearings
• C4 coated Silicon core steel withstands >500C burnout temps for
superior repairability
• Dual drilled mounting Feet for increased flexibility
• Foot flatness of <.005” and paint free feet aid mounting and alignment
• Regreasable ball bearings with WEG Positive Pressure Lubrication
System (PPLS) including Cast Iron bearing caps, Seamless Stainless
Steel grease inlet extensions, and Auto grease relief
• Forged shouldered eyebolts for safe handling (180T and above)
• Stainless Steel automatic condensate Drains in both endshields
• 4-Bolts Conduit Box and Cover with Neoprene gaskets for sure seal
• VFD Rated Class F insulation system per NEMA MG1 Part 31 utilizing
Class H Varnish and Magnet wire
• Stainless Steel Nameplate includes Weight, Division 2, and lubrication
information
• IEEE 841 Test report with Vibration data included in the conduit box
